DEFINITIONS:
“Black”	means South African citizens who are Black, Indian or Coloured;
“Broad-based Ownership”	means ownership vested in organisations representing one or more sections of HDSA communities;
“HDSA”	means any South African person, category of persons or community historically disadvantaged by unfair discrimination prior to the coming into effect of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act, 200 of 1993, including Black people, the disabled and women;
“Management”	means persons who participate in the day to day management and decision making processes of the entity;
“Owned”	means having all the customary elements of ownership, including the right of decision-making, and the sharing of all the risks and profits commensurate with the degree of ownership.
